The Gaw is a large bomber and transport aircraft for use in the atmosphere developed by the Principality of Zeon. It is referred to as an "attack aircraft carrier" that combines the mother ship function of a mobile suit and the aircraft with the ability to bomb. The Gaw's capacity for eight Dopp fighters and three mobile suit units made them very effective as airborne carriers.
