1/500 Air Greenland Airbus A330-800neo

In December 2022, Air Greenland took delivery of a brand-new A330-800 neo, replacing the previous generation A330-200 it had operated from 2003 until the end of 2022. The A330 continues to be the only jet aircraft in the fleet. The remainder being Dash 8 turboprops for use across the vast island. The bright-red aircraft, named “Tuukkag” – harpoon tip, will first serve on routes between the Arctic island and Denmark. The airline has plans to add North American and more European destinations at a later date.
