The F/A-18F "Super Hornet" was a McDonnell Douglas Boeing-produced multi-role attack and fighter. The E Variant was created as a single-seat aircraft, while the F was created in a tandem-seat configuration. Larger and more advanced than the F/A-18C, the E and F variants can haul more weaponry, including new munitions for return trips to the carrier, saving money. This diecast recreates the F/A-18F Super Hornet AC100, serial number 166628, as part of Strike Fighter Squadron 32 (VFA-32) named Fighting Swordsmen, as seen in Oshkosh in 2023. This 1/72 scale diecast is 25.4cm long and has a wingspan of 19.1cm.
