In addition to the large jet aircraft for international travels, the Russian government maintains a fleet of helicopters for the transportation of the Russian president and other high-ranking government officials. In contrast to the regular military transport version, these aircraft are equipped with larger rectangular windows, a VIP interior and an additional staircase in the rear of the fuselage. The color scheme follows the former livery of the airline Rossiya, with the addition of the Russian Federation’s coat of arms.
