Tomix First Car Museum J.R. W7 Series Hokuriku Shinkansen (Kagayaki)
The W7 series is a Shinkansen train jointly developed by JR East and JR West in preparation for the opening of the Kiriku Shinkansen. The syngeneic structure has a structure based on the existing E2 system and E5 system, but also corresponds to the frequency range of 50/60 Hz between Takasaki and Nagano, corresponding to each frequency of 50/60 Hz, etc.
The E7 system belonging to JR East started operations between Tokyo and Nagano from March 2014 prior to the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen, and the W7 system belonging to JR West Japan was introduced with 10 formations, and the Hokuriku Shinkansen in 2015 Operation started in line with the opening of the whole line.
