1/500 Turkish Airlines Boeing 737 Max 9

Joining currently 20 Boeing 737 Max 8 variants, with more on order, are five stretched-fuselage Max 9 aircraft. Turkish Airlines has configured their aircraft to carry 169 passengers in two classes, compared to 151 passengers in the shorter Max 8s. TC-LYB was the second to enter the fleet in June 2021, named for the district of Akçaabat on the Black Sea coast.
