Hasegawa 1/72 Fuel Truck Isuzu TX-40

In the mid-1920s, the Japanese government will promote car production as a national policy, Ishikawajima Automotive Works, Tokyo Gas and Electric, and Dot Automotive Manufacturing, in cooperation with the Ministry of Rail Transport, is developing standard vehicle models established by the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Two types of trucks will be developed, the TX40 a 2-tonne model for urban and peri-urban use and the TX35, a versatile 1.5-tonne model for use in rural areas. These Japanese utility vehicles are made exclusively of parts including Japanese materials, electrical accessories, and instruments, thus laying the foundation for the domestic auto industry.
