From the TV anime Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory, the 1/48 ARX-8 Laevatein returns as a renewal edition. It was first released in 2018 as the first kit in the ACKS series. This updated version was supervised by [Mecha Designer], the series’ mechanical designer. It keeps the quality of the original, which took 4 years to develop, and improves the fit of some parts and the ease of assembly.
Wide joint articulation and opening gimmicks let you recreate a variety of poses for the Laevatein, a close-combat specialist. The kit also comes with a large weapon set, including the Boxer-2, monomolecular cutter, Demolition Gun and Fairy Wings.
