MGSD 00 Raiser

BANDAI SPIRITS’ Hobby Division has announced the latest release in its「MGSD（MASTER GRADE SD）」 high-end SD Gundam line, which brings MG technology to compact SD designs. Based on Mobile Suit Gundam 00, the new「MGSD 00 Raiser」 is scheduled for release in March 2027.

GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser is the combined form of the 00 Gundam and the 0 Raiser. Its Twin Drive System allows the mobile suit to demonstrate its full performance. Once TRANS-AM is activated, it releases GN particles at a concentration more than seven times higher than normal. This dramatically boosts its mobility while also enabling the “quantization” phenomenon, in which the machine interferes with the time axis and suddenly disappears, as well as the enormous beam saber known as the “Raiser Sword,” powerful enough to slice through battleships and satellite weapons. After its pilot, Setsuna, awakens as a pure-breed Innovator, the Trans-AM Raiser Burst Mode can spread high-purity GN particles across the battlefield, linking the consciousness of those nearby and opening the way toward “mutual understanding.”

MGSD 00 Raiser uses BANDAI SPIRITS’ latest color-separation and part-separation technology to pack a highly detailed internal frame, dense armor detailing, and articulated mechanisms into its compact SD proportions. Selected parts feature「Real Metallic Gloss Injection」 molding to reproduce a metallic appearance, while transparent parts such as the eye cameras use「REFLECTION CUT」 technology to create a light-catching effect that resembles illumination. The twin solar reactors on the shoulders include a rotating linkage mechanism to recreate their deployed configuration. The currently revealed weapons include GN Beam Sabers, a GN Shield, GN Sword II, and GN Sword III, along with a beam effect part for recreating the massive “Raiser Sword.”
