MG Ingram 1

This kit is an accurate representation of the mechs from Patlabor. Bandai finally delivers the first really accurate Patlabor kits in their second series of Master Grade kits outside the Gundam Universe. The results, of course, are incredible, with all the bells and whistles we expect from an MG kit. The cockpit is detailed, and the chest armour can be lifted to display. The kit comes with both standing and seated pilot figures. It snaps together and is pre-colored, although painting will definitely improve the finished results. The centre section of the instruction book is a complete painting guide with colour mixtures. The front section is a history of the labours (all text in Japanese) with line drawings. The final bonus is that it is in 1/35 military scale, so building dioramas and adding details is much easier.
