Hasegawa 1/72 B-25H Mitchell Plastic Model Kit
Detailed 1/72 scale assembly model kit of the North American B-25, a twin-engine medium bomber employed by the United States and her allies in World War II. Coined the "Mitchell" in honor of aviation pioneer General Billy Mitchell, the B-25 was a versatile aircraft that served in every combat theater during the Second World War. The exceptional versatility of the B-25 was best demonstrated on April 18, 1942, when 16 B-25Bs led by the legendary Lt. Col. Jimmy Doolittle took off from the carrier USS Hornet and successfully bombed Tokyo and four other Japanese cities. This Hasegawa 1/72 scale assembly kit features the B-25H variant with modified solid nose, and the kit comes with decals for 12th Bombardment Group B-25Hs.
