Description
The Traffic Control is the brain of FALLER Car System. This control unit is able to reproduce practically every conceivable traffic situation on the model installation. The inputs can process signals coming from Control sensors (e.g. 161773), while magnetical items can be connected to the adjustable outputs.
The traffic control has 8 inputs and 10 outputs.
As if by magic
The Traffic Control allows to build up not only various simple scenarios (e.g. traffic to the right/to the left, observance of the right of way, traffic both ways on one guide wire), but also complex sequences (e.g. parking place on diagonal markings). It is made up of 6 logical blocks, each of which is able to switch on some actions depending on the state of its sensor inputs. Two of these blocks are set to the constant period of time of one second, two other blocks feature an adjustable output duration, and the other two form a flip-flop each together with two in- and outputs.
